Terms and Conditions of RocketPlay Casino, Explained
Every account at RocketPlay Casino runs under one rulebook, accepted at registration and applied from the opening deposit to the final payout. This page puts that rulebook into plain English for an Australian reader and keeps to the questions that matter in practice: what accepting the terms means, who may hold an account and from where, what the identity check involves, how the cashier is limited, which behaviour ends an account, and what happens with refunds, idle balances and disputes. Sums are given in AUD. The full text, with a PDF copy, is one click away in the footer of every page, and its English version prevails over any translation.
Accepting the terms and living with changes
Consent is given once, at registration, and renewed whenever the wording changes: the casino updates the terms at its discretion, notifies players within a reasonable time and asks them to agree again. A player who declines is paid the outstanding balance, and that guarantee outranks the payment and refund rules. Agreeing also means accepting that games of chance can end in losses and that the casino is not liable for a lost connection, a hardware fault or a round cut short. A clause struck out by a court leaves the rest of the document intact. The table shows how three everyday mistakes are handled.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| A bet or payment confirmed in error | The affected bets are cancelled and the account returned to its previous state, or settled again on the correct terms |
| A credit that was never due | It remains the casino's property and is removed; a player who notices it reports it by e-mail within 24 hours |
| A payout made in error | It becomes a debt owed to the casino until it is returned |
Whether a rule has been broken is decided by the casino, whose measures run from a temporary suspension and a bar from its chat channels to a permanent closure.
Who may hold a Rocket Play account
An account belongs to one adult. Registration confirms that the holder is 18 or older, and access is never passed to anyone else, least of all a minor. One account per person is the rule, and it is enforced by household, by IP address and by device as well as by name: a second account is treated as a duplicate, its payments are cancelled and every bonus or win it collected is recovered. The account serves personal entertainment, not commercial gain; its details — name, address, contacts — are kept current with the help of customer service; and its balance is not a savings product, so it earns no interest and no exchange service is offered. Any tax a home jurisdiction charges on winnings is the player's own affair. Balances are kept in AUD or, at the player's choice, in NZD, CAD, USD, EUR, NOK or one of six coins: Litecoin, Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, Dogecoin and Bitcoin Cash.
Countries, games and the player's own responsibility
Three points decide where and what an account may play:
- Country. Players are admitted from countries whose law allows online gambling, and it is the player who checks that law before depositing. Close to two hundred territories are excluded from real-money play, among them the Netherlands, the United States, Spain, France and the United Kingdom. Australia is not one of them, so an Australian account has the full lobby, cashier and promotions calendar; Sweden alone is admitted without bonuses, as the bonus terms set out.
- Games. A studio may withhold particular titles in particular jurisdictions, and a VPN used to reach a withheld game forfeits its winnings.
- Rules and returns. Learning how a game works and what it pays back over time is the player's task; both are printed inside the game before a stake is placed.
A player who reaches the lobby from an excluded country is identified when the documents are checked; the casino then makes reasonable efforts to return the deposit, without guaranteeing it.
The identity check at RocketPlay
Know Your Customer is compulsory and answers three questions: whether a real person stands behind the account, whether the funds deposited legitimately belong to that person, and whether a payout will reach the right hands. Three documents are asked for — an identity document with photograph, full name, date of birth and validity dates (passport, identity card or driver licence); a proof of address issued within the past 90 days, such as a bank statement, a utility bill or an insurance document; and a proof of payment showing the sum, the account holder's name and the date, in the form appropriate to the method. The outcome comes by e-mail, and support confirms the status on request.
A completed check is not permanent: a new upload is requested when an identity document expires or the address changes, and a video call may be added. No payout leaves an unverified account. The casino writes to the contacts on file more than once, and a withdrawal request left without a reply for two weeks locks the account until the documents arrive, after which the balance is released. Money traced to an unlawful source, or to a breach of these rules, is kept back.
Cashier limits and payment rules
Ten rules govern the movement of money, and the table gives each with its figure.
| Rule | Figure | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Smallest deposit | The AUD equivalent of 20 EUR | Shown as AUD 25 for a card in the Australian cashier; each method has its own floor and ceiling |
| Smallest withdrawal | The AUD equivalent of 25 EUR | AUD 30 through a wallet or a bank |
| Turnover before payout | 1 × every deposit | Several deposits left unplayed are staked together, or a processing charge may apply |
| Weekly cap | AUD 9,000 | Higher figures may be granted to upper VIP ranks and are announced in advance |
| Monthly cap | AUD 35,000 | Per calendar month, with the same VIP exception |
| Large balances | Above AUD 20,000 | Paid in monthly portions, each no larger than AUD 20,000 |
| Method ceilings | Per transaction | A request above a method's ceiling is split into instalments |
| Third-party payments | Not allowed | Winnings from another person's account are voided; lost funds are not the casino's responsibility |
| Coin deposits | No deposit limit | A deposit cap cannot be applied to them; the loss and wager limits remain |
| Network jackpots | Paid in full | Outside the weekly and monthly caps |
Identity is confirmed before any payout; where personal data proves false or incomplete, the payout is refused and the account closed, with an e-mail explaining why. The Payments page lists the methods open to an Australian account, and the chat helps choose one for a given bank or wallet.
Prohibited conduct at Rocket Play Casino
The anti-fraud policy protects honest players as much as the casino. It forbids collusion between players and any strategy built to force an unfair result; fraud aimed at payment providers or at other casinos on the same network, chargebacks included; a second account, someone else's identity, invented registration details, doctored documents and stolen or cloned cards; low-risk betting meant to move money rather than play — red and black together, or covering at least 70% of the roulette layout, meaning 25 of 36 numbers; automated play, cheats and any software that tampers with the games, along with study or copying of their code; deposits from relatives, partners or friends, and the sale, gift, exchange or lending of an account; and abusive, threatening or extremist language, spam and impersonation of the company in any channel.
A breach voids the winnings concerned and may bar the account for good; payments are held while a suspicion is examined, and tampering with the systems is referred for prosecution. A player who notices a software error reports it rather than exploiting it, or bears the cost it causes. The casino may also close an account without giving a reason and return its balance less any charges.
After the session: refunds, idle accounts, disputes
Three procedures have their own deadlines.
| Procedure | Deadline | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Refund | A request made inside 24 hours of the payment, or inside 30 calendar days if someone else used the account | Bonuses and winnings are deducted first; card deposits are returned to the card up to the amount paid in, the rest by another method; the request is backed by an identity document, a payment-system screenshot and a current address proof, a phone call may follow, and payment takes 5–7 banking days at the player's cost |
| Idle account | Twelve months without a login | The account becomes inactive; from the following month a fee of at least the AUD equivalent of 25 EUR is taken monthly from a positive balance, with e-mail notice, until the player returns or the balance is spent |
| Complaint and claim | Acknowledged within 24 hours; a claim is filed within one year of the event | The decision comes by e-mail with reasons; escalation goes to the gambling regulator or an independent dispute body; formal disputes are settled by arbitration in Curaçao |
Accounts, claims, winnings and deposits cannot be assigned, pledged or sold to anyone else without the casino's consent.
Four questions about the terms
Short answers to what players ask most.
Does an Australian player need to check anything before depositing?
Only that the account is the player's own, funded from the player's own card or wallet, and that the holder is 18 or older. Australia is not on the list of excluded territories, so the lobby, the cashier and the promotions are all open.
How long does a payout wait if documents are missing?
Until they arrive. The casino writes to the contacts on file, and a request left unanswered for two weeks locks the account; once the identity, address and payment documents pass, the balance is released under the usual caps.
What counts as a duplicate account?
A second account held by the same person, or one opened from the same household, IP address or device. Its payments are cancelled, both accounts are closed, and bonuses and winnings collected through it are reclaimed.
Can a large win be withdrawn at once?
A network jackpot is paid in full. Any other balance above AUD 20,000 leaves in monthly portions of AUD 20,000 at most, inside the AUD 9,000 weekly and AUD 35,000 monthly caps unless a VIP rank has been granted higher ones.
